Product Returns

To return your item(s) please contact us first before doing so.

You are entitled to return goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will arrange the exchange for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable with the exception of cases where damaged or defective goods have been received by the customer.  Our maximum postage refund is £10.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping to ensure your item reaches us safely.
